Information you need to know
Please bring along the warranty booklet.
If you are the new owner of pre-owned vehicle, please also bring the Vehicle Registration Document (VRD) copy for customer record renewal.
Generally, cars checking-in before 10:00 am for regular check (no follow up or repair item involved) can be collected on the same day; if checking-in after 10:00 am, it may need to be collected on the next working day. At the time of the car checking-in, our Service Advisor will suggest the collection date and time in accordance with the vehicle mileage and the schedule of the day.
Please jot down at the “Other/Additional Information” box at the online booking page or inform our representative when he/she calls you to confirm your booking. We will then make necessary arrangement beforehand.

Cancellation or modification can be done through the online booking system, please key in your Car Registration and the Booking Reference numbers and make necessary amendment request.
